How to make a booking
Following we present you the options available to proceed with a reservation with us:
1) Book Online
You can proceed with your reservation directly at our official website. It will be asked your contact and booking details. We require a deposit (nonrefundable) of 30% of the total amount to warranty your reservation, that has to be paid at the moment of the reservation. After you fill in the form, and proceed with the payment, you will then receive an automated confirmation on your email box.
2) Fill in a Request
You can fill the contact form to get in touch with us for a booking request. It will be asked that you fill some contact data and also some additional information in order to allow us to give you a proper reply.
We require a deposit (nonrefundable) of 30% of the total amount to warranty your reservation, that has to be paid at the moment of the reservation. It will be provided to you our bank information to proceed with the payment of the deposit.
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS
We have different options available for the guests to proceed with the payment of the requested deposit:
1) Bank Transfer
If you select the option of bank transfer payment, or if you are communicating directly with us, it will be provided to you our bank information, in order you can proceed with the payment of the amount request. Once we receive your proof of transfer, we will validate your request as a confirmed booking. After 2 working days, if we don’t have any feedback/bank transfer proof, we have the right to cancel your request and accept new bookings for the same period and for the same accommodation.
2) Payment with credit & debit cards
We accept payment with the following internationally recognized credit cards: American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard.
ROOM RATES
All room rates are quoted per night, per number of persons, per accommodation, and includes VAT. In the room rate it is included breakfast, towels, linens and Wi-Fi connection.
MINIMUM NIGHTS
We require a minimum of 3 night stay.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel a booking, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
The customer will have to pay 30% of the total amount if they cancel the booking after making the reservation. If the customer, cancels 14 days before the check-in day, or does not show up, they have to pay the full amount of the reservation.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICES
We have taken all the measures to ensure that the information provided by us on our website is accurate at the time you view it. However, we cannot warranty that all the content on our website is free of errors. Occasionally, for reasons out of our control, it can occur for example: prices errors or others. All reservations are verified prior to our acceptance.
Information provided by outside sources or by the providers of other information, e.g. currency conversion rates, or other parties linked to/from the Website information is provided in good faith and we exclude liability for any errors, omissions or misleading information.
COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint, you must inform us immediately.
